Located just blocks from UC Berkeley, this student-oriented housing project is designed to high standards of Sustainable Universal Design.
The through-block lot required a different design approach for the urban front street versus the more residential rear facade. 60 apartments ranging from 1- to 3-bedrooms are arranged around a central south-lit courtyard.
